This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Embraved (FundRaiz LLC) (“Embraved,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

 

SERVICE AREA & SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY:

United States Only

Embraved currently serves customers located within the United States only.

·       We ship exclusively to U.S. addresses

·       We do not accept or fulfill international orders

·       A valid U.S. billing and shipping address is required to complete a purchase

Orders that do not meet these requirements may be refused or canceled at Embraved’s discretion.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Order Processing & Production

All Embraved products are custom-made or engraved to order. Production begins only after:

·       Order confirmation, and

·       Proof approval (when applicable)

Standard production time:
Typically 5–10 business days after proof approval. Larger, bulk, or complex orders may require additional time.

Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Please note:

·       Delivery estimates do not include production time

·       Carrier transit times are not guaranteed

·       Delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events are beyond our control

 

Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Embraved is not responsible for:

·       Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

·       Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

·       Returned shipments due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

Local Pickup (If Offered)

Local pickup may be available in Alexandria, Virginia, by appointment only. Pickup details will be provided once an order is ready.

 

RETURNS & FINAL SALE POLICY:

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Because all Embraved products are customized, engraved, or produced on demandall sales are final.

Orders may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must:

1.     Inspect the order immediately upon delivery

2.     Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after receipt

3.     Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

Approved claims may be resolved, at Embraved’s discretion, through:

·       Repair

·       Replacement

·       Refund

 

Exclusions

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:

·       Natural variations in color, grain, engraving depth, or contrast

·       Normal wear, aging, or weathering of natural materials

·       Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification

·       Errors approved in final proofs or order confirmations

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If a refund is approved:

·       Refunds are issued to the original payment method

·       Processing timelines depend on the payment provider

·       Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
